　　近日，第二十四届中国国际投资贸易洽谈会在福建厦门举行期间，西班牙加泰罗尼亚贸易投资局中国区资深贸易投资官张淑敏在接受采访时表示，中国的营商环境越来越成熟，中国的开放程度、产业布局、投资政策均持续优化，向海外投资者释放了利好信号。
